We had a great experience with Reylos Glass, they installed impact windows and doors throughout the whole house, it was done within the day. They were fast, efficient and the price was fantastic. The head installer Julio and his crew were very nice and professional. The supervisor Carlos has been a blessing, even after the project is over, he still answers all my calls and questions. They made sure everything was perfect and if they missed something, they come back and action it right away. Thank you for all the work. I love the way it came out.

Having all my windows replaced with Reylos turned out to be a very positive experience. They were very responsible, gave wonderful service, and got the windows installed in a very reasonable time frame. The workers did an incredible job..very professional. I usually do my own home improvement projects on my own because most workers these days don’t take pride in their work and are sloppy. With Reylos Glass, I decided to give them the opportunity to prove me wrong and THEY DID!…BIG TIME!’…from the start the crew came in and reviewed the tasks of the day with me and what their plan was to keep my home clean while they worked. They immediately cover the floors and sealed off the front entrance to avoid the dust to come in the house. The best product overall at the best price. Reylos Glass exceded our expectations. The customer service was excellent from the salesperson to the receptionist, supervisor and the installation crew. The company was reliable at all times. They delivered the product and completed the installation by the promised date. It took them 3 days on which the team worked tirelessly and took great care of the house. They covered our furniture and floors to protect them from dust and scratches. REYLOS TEAM was impecable in installing my 4 impact windows and 2 sliders at Biscayne Cove. Complex installation requiring coordination with condo management, condo structural engineer, and concrete restoration contractor. From Leonel in sales, to Carlos in on site management, to Cesar leading the installers ALL very present, all the installers, transparent, and put their best efforts and beyond, in accomplishing this installation with all my custom needs in mind. After getting 6 other companies' estimates for 21 windows and doors and comparing them; I chose Reylos and I'm so glad I did. Not only was their product of metal windows and glass sliding doors superior to the others, their price was more than fair. It was great value for the money.
I also want to add that the communication I had with them through phone calls and texts was superior. Javier always responded to all my questions and concerns. The guy who measured, installers and owner were very courteous, helpful and professional.
I have no concerns regarding this company and would highly recommend them to anyone.

My neighbor contracted Reylos Glass for his house's storm doors and windows. I reached out to Reylos based on his recommendation. Ricardo was great (friendly, helpful, accommodating). The office has good communication skills. Monica and Claudia, thank you for your wonderful personalities and people skills. You're ALL A+. Very detailed and reliable. The delivery crew was punctual and professional. The installation cre staff was attentive and considerate. My wife is very allergic. They went out of their way to keep the dust to a bare minimum as per Monica's instructions. I'm currently waiting on a follow-up issue and hoping it'll be resolved soon.

The person who guided us through the process, Ricardo Bestard is not only knowledgeable and professional, he is also a very kind and helpful guy. He explained me pros and cons of different types of glass and helped me to buy the most adequate one for us. His follow up has been good also to keep us on the loop. I already received an email from the assistant coordinator. She gave me the most likely date for installation. As soon as I have my job completed I will post again.

We are very happy with the result, from the design, the plan and the execution the team was very professional with a lot of experience.
The installers did an excellent job, taking care of every detail, even though it might take some more work to overcome any challenge that may appear.
The were very careful with my home during the works doing zero damage.
The price was on average, not too expensive, not too cheap.
I would recommend them 100%.

The windows and doors arrived when they said they would. They also installed them within 2 days or less - and kept everything cleaned.
