I live in Tampa and I contacted this company after a friend recommended it. We negotiated the price with Daniel, he was very professional and a good guy. The sales manager promised us a gift card for referring another person. We waited 11 weeks to receive our 8 windows and 2 doors. The finish of the some windows is not what we expected and does not match the quality we were hoping for. They hired a third-party company for installation, there were professionals and fast . They spent two days with the installation process. Then they came again to replace one of the windows springs . We frequently communicated with a representatives in Tampa, her name is Yislenis, she prioritized payment over client satisfaction, making communication difficult and frustrating sometimes. I think this person needs to work more on their customer service and improve their empathy. I am waiting for inspection to finish with this process. Thanks to the sale manager for contacting me and sincerely apologizing for the issue. I appreciate his efforts to resolve it. We look forward to a smoother experience in the future.

After getting 6 other companies' estimates for 21 windows and doors and comparing them; I chose Reylos and I'm so glad I did. Not only was their product of metal windows and glass sliding doors superior to the others, their price was more than fair. It was great value for the money.
I also want to add that the communication I had with them through phone calls and texts was superior. Javier always responded to all my questions and concerns. The guy who measured, installers and owner were very courteous, helpful and professional.

The office has good communication skills. Monica and Claudia, thank you for your wonderful personalities and people skills. You're ALL A+. Very detailed and reliable. The delivery crew was punctual and professional. The installation cre staff was attentive and considerate. My wife is very allergic. They went out of their way to keep the dust to a bare minimum as per Monica's instructions. I'm currently waiting on a follow-up issue and hoping it'll be resolved soon.

Reyloss Glass replaced 3 sliding doors and two small windows.
We are very happy with the result, from the design, the plan and the execution the team was very professional with a lot of experience.
The installers did an excellent job, taking care of every detail, even though it might take some more work to overcome any challenge that may appear.
The were very careful with my home during the works doing zero damage.
The price was on average, not too expensive, not too cheap.
I would recommend them 100%.
